The truth guard

How the Business Plan truth guard works: placeholders for figures, refused made-up numbers, waivers, and what it does not judge.

Text in a plan may only quote figures that are cells of the model.

  • Write {{pl.revenue.Y1}}; the figure is printed from the model in the document language.
  • Digits you type must match a listed reference, or be waived openly.
  • A figure that is not in the model is refused, with the model's own figure shown.
  • It applies when an AI writes the text too.

The guard checks figures, not claims: sources for market statements are yours to give.
